Position: Shipping & Inventory Lead

Old Faithful Shop is a design-focused retail business with two Vancouver locations and an active online store. We are hiring a Shipping & Inventory Lead to own the speed and accuracy of our back-end operations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in execution. If you like systems, clear expectations and seeing tangible results from your work, this will suit you well.

What You’ll Own
  • Pick, pack and ship all online orders (same or next business day)
  • Receive and reconcile inbound freight (domestic and international)
  • Log inventory accurately in Shopify within 24 hours of arrival
  • Create and manage inter-store transfers
  • Coordinate courier pickups (UPS, DHL, local delivery)
  • Document damages and initiate claims
  • Maintain a clean, organized and efficient stockroom
Performance Standards
  • In-stock online orders ship within 24 hours
  • Receiving processed within 1 business day
  • Transfers created same day inventory moves
  • High inventory accuracy and low fulfillment errors

We value consistency and follow-through. This role has clear KPIs and autonomy.

You Are
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving cartons
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Calm under pressure
  • Comfortable with basic systems and software
  • Interested in improving workflows, not just maintaining them

Retail or warehouse experience is an asset. Experience with Shopify or inventory systems is a plus.

Position: FT and PT Sales Associates

We are looking for motivated, results-driven Sales Associates to join our team. Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service to our customers.

Sales Associate Responsibilities

  • Engaging customers in a friendly, warm and welcoming manner
  • Anticipating the customer's needs and applying product knowledge to advise them in their decision
  • Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with our customers
  • Manage POS transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean store environment and uphold merchandising standards
  • Work towards and exceed sales goals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail sales environment
  • An associates degree or high school diploma
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in English with the ability to read, write and perform basic math
  • Ability to work as part of a team to reach sales goals and directives
  • Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service 
  • Available to work a variety of hours including evenings and weekends
